
NEW DELHI: The second semifinal between India and England later today in Adelaide will decide who takes on Pakistan in the final of the 2022 T20 World Cup, and though weather has played spoilsport in quite a few matches in this edition of the tournament in Australia, there is very little chance of rain in Adelaide despite cloudy skies.

The website of the Bureau of Meteorology of the Australian Government shows a forecast saying “10% chance of any rain” for the match scheduled to being 1830 IST on Thursday, which is 1330 IST.
“Partly cloudy. Winds westerly 15 to 25 km/h turning southwesterly in the late afternoon,” the forecast in Adelaide read as of 9:30 am IST for the rest of Thursday.

Pakistan defeated New Zealand comprehensively by seven wickets in the first semifinal on Wednesday to book a place in the title match to be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on November 13.
